In my opinion, Unsecured .30c converts? Its trading at .16, whats 2mil going to do anyways other than pay salaries, can't even buy 1 residential house for that, lmao, let alone multi-family complex. No chance im hoping into paying someones G&A bill for 2x market value. Delineate what the funds are for. They don't even have to pay 1 interest payment and they double up win on current sp, lol. All their cap rates are like 4-5%, how are you paying my 8% without another raise in a declining market, with over 100m shares outstanding? Am i a sucker?
