The capex for the project is $28 million so where is the rest of the funding coming from?

They  Will  Reduce  Carbon  Emissions, Produce  Clean Renewable  Natural  Gas, Create  Jobs,  Reduce  Landfill   Emissions  Etc.  If  They  Can  Do  All  That  Successfully  Then  I  Would  Say  The  Government  Will  Get  Their  Momey`s  Worth& ...more
