RE:RE:BUY NOW - SRELL IN MORNING FOR PROFITPersonally, I disagree that a PP anouncement is seen that zero revenue.

In the IT world, if it's a hugh contract, it's usually paid by installments (once a milestone is achieved).  It's only the small engagements that are paid one time (and done).  The announcement already said that the money is to support client's projects.  What's wrong?  It's definitely good news IMHO.
