RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:UndersubscribedWell, I’d say their email news letter that was carefully worded was. It didn’t include any legal terms or material news and was intended as a nice little non material update. Looking for more hopefully right after Pp closes. 

Td if you could back up your claims on Venture companies that you know who require a certain amount of insider ownership I am all ears.
