RE:RE:Yep...I don't put any weight in any published short lists...Pros and short Funds know how to easily bypass these - and they know the punishments for bending rules are toothless...
 
Due to the above, I go by what my gut shows me, and my eyeballs tell me...The stock was pushed down and couldn't get up...The minute the 2nd tranche of the PP was cancelled - lo and behold - the stock price went up on big volume...Surprise...Surprise.
