Andrew Skafel is an active director of the company. 


From what I can determine Green Panda Capital is being taken over by Thistle Resources and the new company will be listed under Thistle Minerals on the Venture Exchange. All directors will resign with the exception of the CEO Zhou. Zhou will be the only director of GPCC that appears on the new board of Thistle Minerals. The rest being from Thistle Resources. So Andrew will no longer have that position -- if my analysis is correct?
