No offence but you are quite clueless when it comes to how business operates. Young gun wanting to make a name for himself? Attach to known names to legitimize your business. Did you not remember all the partnerships and name dropping through the years? Why a private placement instead of going through a broker with proven cash and clients? Must be because they want to give everyone a chance to participate and it's not about raising money. You think your giving reasons to why they are doing what they do but it's only excuses.
