So to summarize

Patent 3. Looks at the 2.4 and 5ghz bands and determines their relative health and which channels within them are usuable. 

Patent 1. Decides how many channels can be used and how wide they can be.  

Patent 2. Which channels can be used 

All of this is "AI" driven. 

Two takeaways. 

Cloud driven wifi platforms have this functionality today.

The "AI" here is a simple decision tree. If. Then. Else. Sure there is a modicum more complexity than I am portraying. But this is just more puffery to keep people watching.

Also, redouble efforts. Code for that Q2 2024 date for samples, ya, that isn't happening. Among other things the "AI" is software code and has nothing to do with chip design. So as I say quite frequently, smok'em if you got'em.
