So long

The overlooked release by Edgewater Wireless, detailing "multiple tier 1" requests for engineering samples, underscores a broader issue beyond investor comprehension. It exposes the Canadian market's negligible presence in the semiconductor industry, not solely due to geographic misconceptions but a lack of recognition for pivotal engineering milestones. These chips, distributed under stringent nondisclosure agreements, mark a significant juncture for any company, usually preceding volume production. The assertion of no orders or business deals overlooks the fundamental role of engineering samples in paving the way for potential orders.

Moreover, the prevalence of baseless, untrue, and arrogantly characterized statements within this discourse, often verging on libel, reflects a manifestation of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Regrettably, this malady has permeated a significant portion of the right-wing , making rational discourse challenging.

Amusingly, there's a lone voice in this discussion attributing the company's potential future success to a singular stroke of luck. Little do they grasp that Andrew, the bellwether visionary, set in motion the trend of onshoring semiconductor production nearly two years ago. It's not about luck but foresight.

And for those craving a delightful twist, consider this: when Quantana started dispatching chips to a customer, ONsemi swiftly swept in for an acquisition. The industry insiders are undoubtedly chuckling at the undisclosed but undoubtedly substantial worth of that strategic move. It seems luck favors the well-prepared, or in this case, the astutely visionary.

This company has meticulously unveiled strategic maneuvers, each carefully orchestrated revelation from seasoned industry experts. The systematic assembly of these pieces paints a portrait of a company that, in my considered opinion, is poised for an acquisition – and not a modest one. The culmination of these well-informed steps suggests a value that won't come at a bargain.

Recognizing this post is bullish!t click bait I’m going to bite. How could I ignore such idiocy.  "These chips, distributed under stringent nondisclosure agreements, mark a significant juncture for any company, usually preceding volume production." What chips? They don't have a chip. They won't until next year according to the company. And given their lack of funds it ...more

So why is the PP not filled yet then? why was it not filled instantly?

Can't use logic and common sense when asking questions here. It offends too many people and leads to temper tantrums and name calling.

This is where we agree 100%. TDMAN29.   I can well remember how you bucked and brayed when I asked you why you did not employ that same logic and common sense you claim to possess now before you jumped into the PP a few years back and subsequently lost your tail. You either have it, or you don`t.  You did not then, nor do you have it now. "Why that sod busting potato farmer ...more

Tell me this one Sam,  if others and myself didn't take part in that placement years back there would t be a company to talk about now. It has turned out investing into this company was a money losing proposition for many investors both retail and commercial time has shown. Let this guess this time will be different? I see the other Sir Terry Matthews operation Martello (V.MTLO), also affiliated with Wesley Clover, put out a financing on December 8, 2023 for $1.75M and closed it yesterday with just one single buyer - Wesley Clover. Is Sir Terry playing favourites? Why did WesleyClover not pick up the YFI financing?

Did Andrew say Bruce Linton was going to invest too

This is at least the third financing in a row where Wesley Clover was the sole purchaser. Bruce once again resigned from the wireless world and went back into the 'health supplements' world of things like mushrooms and edible pot. Don't think he has any enthusiasm for a wireless company again. OTTAWA, ON, Feb. 13, 2023 /CNW/ - MartelloTechnologies Group Inc., ("Martello" or ...more

Whoops, may have to modify my statement. He is 'mostly' in the health wellness area but he still (I think) is involved in technology in Innoviz Technologies: Innoviz Technologies Ltd is an Israel-based company.
