Sometimes I forget how touched you really are. Shares instead of cash because they want the shares?  Let's follow your attempted logic. Get shares for $.05 from the company or buy as many as they want for $.035 to $.04 on the market?  They want the share?  They want to get paid something instead of nothing you Simple Sammy. They are willing to forgo their profit to not have a
