Really Sam?
That is wrong on so many levels and incredibly misleading to anyone even remotely looking at this company. History is never meant to be ignored. This specific company has not found commercial success for a decade. The company that invented the tech and patented also failed to find commercial success. They went out of business. This company is trading at $.04 a share and no closer to revenue then it was two years ago. The management has not changed but don't worry everything will be different this time. Follow the history of the tech and follow the people. Nothing different but expect different results? Sam's logic is history doesn't matter and everything is fluid? A company's history and a persons history is incredibly important. How does a company build trust to form relationships and business if its previous history is colorful? Background checks are incredibly common and needed for people in ctitical roles. What a person did in their past is important to know. New daycare that doesn't screen workers? Truly clueless Sam, what do you know about welding? Ask LGRN if he knows any good welder jokes. Have a great day.
"Leo just can not leave YFIs` the past alone even though all businesses are a living fluid being. Growth cycles, successes, failures, sebacks etc. So, just how indicative is the past to the current health and future prospects of any company?"
