Gold Terra Resource Corp. is a junior gold exploration company. The Company holds a portfolio of gold exploration assets in the mining jurisdictions of the Northwest Territories and New Brunswick. The Company’s Yellowknife Project (YP) encompasses about 918 square kilometers of contiguous land immediately north, south, and east of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. The district-size property lies on the Yellowknife greenstone belt, covering nearly 70 kilometers (km) of strike length on the southern and northern extensions of the shear system that hosts the Con and Giant gold mines. YP is comprised of the Northbelt, Southbelt, Eastbelt and Quyta-Bell properties in the Northwest Territories as well as additional claims and property interests. Its Con Mine Option Property is located beside the City of Yellowknife and adjacent to its 100% owned Yellowknife City Gold Project in the Northwest Territories. It also holds the Mulligan gold project in New Brunswick.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:GP Attention grabbersWith every big succes story there are always many people that say why did I not do that. 
Big companies are the same. They are run by people making decisions every day. In this case Newmont had money available but liked diffent prospects better. With the cleanup at Giant costing hundreds of millions they rather run from the area and move to greener pasters. Their loss is our gain now. Remember Newmont is not out of it yet. They wanted a buy back clause for just that reason of not looking stupid. Smart money knew that GP was on to something, or at least had a chance of great succes. If they had our land package the deal would have never been made. Thank you Joe Campbell. Newmond can still come in and buy us. That seems a lot more likely now then a year ago when the deal was made. Let's ask Gerald what the number is he would concider in such M&A option. I think he would rather go it alone.
