On a video about 2 months ago Gerald was asked about why he did not include the 650k oz from before.
He said he didn't want to rely on it but ...... I think he also said 100k of it was under a street in town.
With the mine being so close to town I think some of the 650k is not possible to mine unless Red will move ha-ha. It was just my thoughts when Gerald answered the question.
Appreciate all the thoughts and comments but you asked for a negative so I thought I would throw that out there. Not sure the 650k is a sure thing but I still am buying even without it.
