Gold Terra Resource Corp. is a junior gold exploration company. The Company holds a portfolio of gold exploration assets in the mining jurisdictions of the Northwest Territories and New Brunswick. The Company’s Yellowknife Project (YP) encompasses about 918 square kilometers of contiguous land immediately north, south, and east of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. The district-size property lies on the Yellowknife greenstone belt, covering nearly 70 kilometers (km) of strike length on the southern and northern extensions of the shear system that hosts the Con and Giant gold mines. YP is comprised of the Northbelt, Southbelt, Eastbelt and Quyta-Bell properties in the Northwest Territories as well as additional claims and property interests. Its Con Mine Option Property is located beside the City of Yellowknife and adjacent to its 100% owned Yellowknife City Gold Project in the Northwest Territories. It also holds the Mulligan gold project in New Brunswick.

The next news has to be financing. It could be a while though. We have the market against us and the stock is depressed. That is why we need to get the word out how much potential we realy have, GP already said he hated to sell shares at this price and might wait for the market to turn before he pulls the trigger. He has other options as well so it is going to be interesting. I trust him to do right by us and if that means a slowdown in drilling and wait for a better environment I am fine with that. Time is of essance but not at all cost.
