Gold Terra Resource Corp. is a junior gold exploration company. The Company holds a portfolio of gold exploration assets in the mining jurisdictions of the Northwest Territories and New Brunswick. The Company’s Yellowknife Project (YP) encompasses about 918 square kilometers of contiguous land immediately north, south, and east of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. The district-size property lies on the Yellowknife greenstone belt, covering nearly 70 kilometers (km) of strike length on the southern and northern extensions of the shear system that hosts the Con and Giant gold mines. YP is comprised of the Northbelt, Southbelt, Eastbelt and Quyta-Bell properties in the Northwest Territories as well as additional claims and property interests. Its Con Mine Option Property is located beside the City of Yellowknife and adjacent to its 100% owned Yellowknife City Gold Project in the Northwest Territories. It also holds the Mulligan gold project in New Brunswick.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Eric Sprott, YippeeeI agree Eric would not be a billionair if he was not a shark. I looked at pure gold too but did not bite (thank God). I just did not like the management . Too much hype and not a project that was a no brainer at the time. Eric in the end got rid of them and kept the mine as a creditor.Crooks. No worries here with Gold Terra. Gerald has been conservative and his track reccord is much better.We haveHigh grade in town with 70km of strike what makes it the best project in Canada today. Eric has looked at this before but Gerald would not give him warants. It looks like Eric could no longer ignore the opportunity and got in anyways.
Rick Rule is next. He is also holding out for warants. Thank you Gerald. No need to give it to them over our backs.He is looking out for us old shareholders.
