Gold Terra Resource Corp. is a junior gold exploration company. The Company holds a portfolio of gold exploration assets in the mining jurisdictions of the Northwest Territories and New Brunswick. The Company’s Yellowknife Project (YP) encompasses about 918 square kilometers of contiguous land immediately north, south, and east of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. The district-size property lies on the Yellowknife greenstone belt, covering nearly 70 kilometers (km) of strike length on the southern and northern extensions of the shear system that hosts the Con and Giant gold mines. YP is comprised of the Northbelt, Southbelt, Eastbelt and Quyta-Bell properties in the Northwest Territories as well as additional claims and property interests. Its Con Mine Option Property is located beside the City of Yellowknife and adjacent to its 100% owned Yellowknife City Gold Project in the Northwest Territories. It also holds the Mulligan gold project in New Brunswick.

Yes very interesting... ironically on Saturday afternoon and night many of us attended the annual reliving of the Beer barge, which was historically the first barge of the year to the old mining days bringing supplies and ofcourse lots of beer to miners back in the day, after spring break up. 

judging by the numbers attending YGT won't be shy of support for the project .... it was a clear reminder to people of the importance of gold mines to YK and the North ... looks like Gold Terra will be well received when the time comes that GP presents a new mine opportunity to the community. 

beer was good too !
