2.4 million today plus 1.5 new @ con plus 0.4 new @ mispicksel = 4.3 million ounces
Let's do a napkin#2  as if Gerald got his 2 mil @ con and 25% new @ mispicksel. 
That came from his words what he is shooting for in 2023. Pending market conditions it could take a bit longer. He also said we will have 5 million ounces on the books in the future. That is confidence. He knows what the potential is or he would never say it in public.
This 4.3 mil. is a mine-life over 21 years @ $300 million revenue with 50% proffit @ 10 gram per ton. Initial investment 350 million dollars. Everybody goes home at night!!!!!!!
That is 3 billion free cashflow over the life of the mine even if he finds nothing more. WoW.
Banks should be lining up to get in on this. If I had a bank Gerald would be my best customer.

Would be a good argument as to why Newmont would like GP as a partner. Plug n play those kinda numbers into thier spreadsheets and they can see that picture. GP has done much bigger projects and has history with the players, they know him and we can be sure they are watching him and what's going on with the potential on this one......and really only started. when a guy of his stature says

Me too Red. I am in it for the long haul. You never know what the future holds but It sure looks  like we got a geat chance for succes. This is not your average junior exploration company looking for a long shot hole in one situation. We got Tiger Woods with a 2 shot lead putting for a win. LOL.

That is the million dollar question. What is the next financing going to cost us????? I thinks he is only doing a small  3-5 million and keep the drilling to around 15,000-20,000.  As soon as the market turns he can always do another one and ramp up. I had another comment but I may be mistaken.  It is all from memory. I believe a couple years ago there was financing at around 36 cents.  In an interview Gerald had said that it was all bought by one buyer. In a separate interview months later he hinted that most of his shares were purchased at that amount. Does anyone know if GP financed the whole offer a couple years ago?  It

That is correct. GP bought his shares at $ 0.36. I am sure he will not do more then 10% of the market cap at the current price. In several intervieuws he said this and he wants no warrants. It is better to slow things down and wait. This period will pass.

GP bought another million shares this year between february and july  between $0.12 -$0.19.

The market conditions obviously brought on a situation of opportunity that he could not walk away from , some of us have taken a bit of advantage of that as well ...not millions but every bit helps lol.....it looks to me the wait n see is more about the wait....it's gonna happen so there is plenty of opportunity at todays prices if one has the liquid...DYODD, it's all there.

The risk / reward pickture is different for every investor. Just being in the Junior Miner space makes it a high risk venture. Gold terra is so lobsided to the reward side that I could not resist to go all in. Time will tell if it was a good move but I sleep well and feel confident it will all turn out. Just ask yourselve if you can find another investment that looks as good as this one. I tried

The lopsidedness you speak of and that is evident with the YGT story,  is very true and like no other out there, Drill Drill and Drill is the program GP needs over the next year. With consideration to the existing infrastructure and our proximity to the city of yellowknife , more than half of the YGT story and logistics of this development is already written, it does not get any better on

The ony number I had to take a guess on is the price to build a procesing facility. All other numbers are from the  company website. Ounces in the ground , grade , tonnace, cost per ton to mine it in pit and underground. It has all been disclosed.In his last intervieuw GP said he is going to build a plant big enough to produce 200,000 ounces per year. No speculation on my part.  So how

They are so good that I can hardly beleive it.  I think Red is right when he said a lot of people missed the big pickture that Gerald is explaining exists on the claim.
