I'll step out on a limb and suggest that their may be some selling of shares to raise funds to buy the private placement shares;  the recent decline in share price effectively reflecting a value for the purchase warrants. jmho

Thanks for the comments, very interesting-- I've been tracking for a while with an eye towards nibbling and yesterday's action certainly caught my eye--  Cheers, O.G.
