Drilling has started

Drilling has startedYALE AND IMPACT START DRILLING AT ZACATECAS Yale Resources Ltd. has started drilling on the Zacatecas venture. Yale has the right to earn an 80-per-cent interest from Impact Silver Corp. in the Zacatecas venture, which is currently made up of four properties. The San Jose property is the first to be drilled -- this is the first known drilling within the properties that make up the Zacatecas venture. The drill program will involve approximately 1,100 metres in at least 10 holes. Historic mines throughout the San Jose property and samples near these mines grading up to 145 ounces per tonne silver (see news in Stockwatch on Oct. 17, 2006) combined with the recent results from outcrops, show that there is significant exploration potential. The Zacatecas district is one of the most famous historic silver mining districts in Mexico. A significant aspect to the potential at San Jose is the consistently elevated gold values. Previous sampling of dumps (see news in Stockwatch on Oct. 17, 2006) identified gold values up to 7.0 grams per tonne. Recent sampling returned 2,180 g/t silver (or 63.5 ounces per ton) and 3.15 g/t gold (see news in Stockwatch on Jan. 31, 2007). A new exploration target has been identified within the San Jose claims as recent sampling 150 metres away from the known workings and dumps returned silver values up to 531 g/t (15.4 ounce per ton) and gold values from 0.27 to 0.87 g/t in outcrops over a widespread area. When drilling has been completed at San Jose, the drill will be moved to another property within the Zacatecas venture. Edward Lyons, PGeo, is the qualified person, according to NI 43-101, for the Zacatecas venturek, and has reviewed this news release. All samples reported in this news release were shipped to the ALS Chemex preparation laboratory in Guadalajara (Mexico) and the pulps were then shipped to the ALS Chemex laboratory in North Vancouver, Canada, where a 30-gram split of each was assayed for gold and silver by standard fire assay and a 10-gram split was analyzed for an additional 30 elements by ICP spectrometry.
