SILASILA has j/v'd one of Yale's properties,, Guadalupe. They are drilling the property now. As Yale's business model is project generation(J/V's). this is of significance. The company has several properties J/V'd and I would expect more. This mitigates the risks to us as other companies spend the money, pay Yale in stock and cash and Yale makes a spread by being the operator.
