Monday April 12 2010 - Property Agreement
The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of a mineral property purchase agreement dated April 7, 2010, between Yale Resources Ltd. and Mike Waggett whereby the company has agreed to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in certain mining claims comprising the Los Amoles 2 property located in the municipality of Villa Hidalgo, Sonora, Mexico.
The consideration payable to the vendor is 3.5 million common shares of the company.
