The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentationof a mineral property purchase agreement dated Dec. 1, 2010, betweenYale Resources Ltd. and Arie Merrin whereby the issuer may acquire a100-per-cent interest in certain mining claims comprising the Apacheproperty located in the municipality of Trincheras, Sonora, Mexico.
The consideration payable to the vendor is 2.5 million common shares of the issuer.
Chart is updated and looks great even if we see a pullback on the $CDNX.
