Would somebody be kind enough to do my DD for me and re-post Jay Taylor's buy recommendation that passed through here sometime ago?  It seems to be MIA on Yale's site. Thanks.

Yale Resources adds 180 ha land parcel at Urique

2011-01-19 05:08 ET - News Release

Mr. Ian Foreman reports

YALE ADDS SECOND DRILL READY TARGET TO URIQUE PROJECT

Yale Resources Ltd. has added, by staking, a key 180-hectare parcel ofland in the core of the San Pedro target of its Urique project. Yalenow controls all the ground covering the entire San Pedro target, whichwas previously identified as one of the two most significant areas ofalteration and mineralization within the wholly owned281-square-kilometre Urique project located in western Chihuahua state,Mexico.

San Pedro is host to multiple variably oriented veins that create alarge-scale stockwork. Local high-grade results are highlighted by thefollowing previously unreleased samples from the newly acquired ground:

  • 137.5 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 133.0 g/t silver over 0.25 metre;
  • 28.30 g/t gold and 315.0 g/t silver from a panel sample measuring 2.0 metres by 3.0 metres;
  • 30.80 g/t gold and 450.0 g/t silver over 0.70 metre.

In addition to covering the continuation of the Sangre de Cristo deposit-- an important historic gold mine -- the San Pedro target has discretehigh-grade gold veins and disseminated mineralization within the hostrocks suggesting that the area has the potential to contain a bulktonnage gold deposit. The strong argillic alteration of the host rockshas been interpreted to represent the upper portions of ahigh-sulphidation deposit.

Yale has taken in excess of 200 samples within the greater San Pedroarea dating back to 2007, which lead to the company to making this apriority acquisition.

About the Urique property

The Urique project is wholly owned by Yale's Mexican subsidiary, MineraAlta Vista SA de CV, and covers approximately 280 square kilometres ofland that stretches over 40 kilometres from the northern boundary ofGoldcorp's El Sauzal property -- host to the El Sauzaul gold mine -- tothe southern boundary of Kimber Resources' Monterde property -- host toan estimated resource in excess of 800,000 ounces gold and 30,000,000ounces silver. The Urique project contains nine known gold and silvertargets and may represent one of the largest underexplored packages ofland in the central Sierra Madre precious metal belt.

Samples from the San Pedro target were prepared and analyzed by ALSChemex at its labs in Mexico and Vancouver and generally comprised oneto three kilograms of material. Gold analyses were performed by 30-gramfire assay with an AA finish; samples with more than 10 g/t gold (overlimit) were analyzed using gravimetric methods. Silver was analyzed aspart of a multielement ICP (induction coupled plasma) package using anaqua regia digestion; samples with more than 100 g/t silver (over limit)were analyzed by AA.

Ian Foreman, PGeo, is Yale Resources' qualified person, as defined byNational Instrument 43-101, for the Urique property. The Uriqueproperty is an early-stage project with no reported resources thatrequires additional sampling, geological mapping and drilling to fullydetermine the project's potential.

We seek Safe Harbor.
