It has been a busy summer at Yangaroo. A few weeks ago we settled a long
standing series of lawsuits that were a considerable drain on the management and
financial resources of the Company. Since settling these suits we have been able
to devote all of our time and resources to accelerating the revenue growth of
the company.
Through the Spring and Summer we have also been hard at work rolling out DMDS
for advertising to television destinations across North America. Advertising
agencies love our technology but required it to be deployed at TV stations where
they send content to air in order for our solution to be practical. We had to
establish our installed base in order to be a viable solution.
We now believe that our installed base makes our value proposition very
attractive to advertising agencies as they can now deliver TV advertising
content to the majority of destinations in North America via DMDS. We believe
that we have reached this milestone faster than any other solution in the
market. Karen Dealy and her team should be congratulated for this achievement.
As a result, we have started to see advertising revenues increase so far in Q3.
The next step in our business plan is to take our complete solution to
advertising agencies and to ramp our sales revenues aggressively.
Today we are announcing a major step forward as we are adding a key member of
our team to lead our sales efforts into advertising agencies. Brent Finkelstein
joins us as Vice President Advertising Sales. You will see in the attached
announcement that Brent's track record and skill set will predispose him for
success in this role.

YANGAROO APPOINTS BRENT FINKELSTEIN VICE PRESIDENT SALES ADVERTISING
DIVISION
Former Sales Leader with the Radiance Division of Comcast, to Head DMDS
Sales Based in New York

appointment of industry veteran, Brent Finkelstein to the position of Vice
President Sales, Advertising Division. Based in New York, Brent will lead all

and Arts and Entertainment Network, and many other leading television production
organizations & advertising agencies. Most recently, Finkelstein served as V.P.
Sales, Eastern Region for Advanced Digital Services where he was responsible for
sales and strategy development for the digital delivery and post production
services and technologies to the Advertising, Motion Picture, and Broadcast
Television and Cable Industry.
