RE:No one on the bOD (other than Zach) has tech exp.And all these resignations!!!! Got to think there is something real behind them and their lack of industry-specific knowledge might be part of it, however the latest new guy is from Cosmetic inductry and was a lowly corporate credit guy in his youth!. Most were relatively new (2017) except one was 2014. There are simply too many of them (truly all of them!) and without real explanation This new Chairman DuBroc has background credentials so hopefully just a changing of the guard to form a new dynamic BoD and seriously hope there is no underlying cockroach to appear. It is also worth noting they changed their Audtor recently from BDO to some really unknown name.
