The reason I believe delays are negative is because they usually are when it come to releasing results.

Are there exceptions?  Of course, but it wouldn't be out of the ordinary to release an operational update and state the results aren't in as of yet as you explained.

The price seems to be consolidating, so that's not bad.  It's covered the upward gap, and if it holds $3.89 I would say that is good as well, but without news, or at least an update of why there's no results yet, then I don't know how this will keep setting higher highs, IMO.

Time will tell.
