RE:RE:RE:RE:Commercial Refining/Beneficiation Using NaOH Alone, Does Not Exist...
It's 2 guys pulling his tricks hoor?
What you don't understand is that Chris Berry, who I'm not a big fan of, wrote the article from his site visit after being invited by Eveleigh himself.
As for the use of Caustic Bake, it was originally used by Aubrey Eveleigh himself in most of the promotional hype of months past, along with mentioning the actual chemical compound being used, that being Sodium Hydroxide.
Anyway, if Chris Berry doesn't know of another commercial production facility using only NaOH without other variables being added to the process including heat, and what ever else is needed, then there probably isn't one out there using only NaOH as was used at SGS's bench level testing as per ZEN's news releases.
So stop trying to make it seem like you know it all, and we don't or that the CEO wasn't the one who used Caustic Bake in many of his previous promo literature, because it was in fact Aubrey Eveleigh who used the term along with NaOH utilzation.
Now, what happened to the results of the first batch of mini bulk sampling? Were they able to effectively use NaOH or Caustic Baking to purify a larger tonnage of ore? Well if they were, they surely weren't in a rush to tell the general public were they?
Anyway, economics is a long way off, and they will need to prove that the process using NaOH at a Bench Scale level can be utilized efficiently and cost effectively at a commercial level. That will take time, and it's not known if the same process can be used without adding in other variables which will of course increase costs. JMO
