If the article was defamatory, then ZEN has every right to sue the writier. I haven't read it, so I don't know on what grounds if any, legal action can be taken, but IMO ZEN management should sue if they believe the article in any way was defamatory.
They didn't go after Fulp legally yet, so I'm assuming that just by doing a commentary to dismiss Fulp's opinion was enough as I don't believe Fulp used any defamatory language.
Again, I didn't read yesterday's article so I don't know what if any, language was used that could trigger a lawsuit by Zenyatta. JMO
