Warrants......think ......exercise .....or sink.

It is natural for Zephyr to want the exercise of warrants before the results are out to raise  enough cash to continue with the drilling program without doing another raise.

Actually, the delay in drilling results is a blessing for the warrant holders. Obviously those that hold warrants are hoping that the visual results will be positive so they can get maximum exposure without further cash investment.

But now imagine that the stock is halted and an announcement is made that the results are visually positive. The regulators will classify these positive visuals as promotional in nature as they are unverifiable, ......and as a result will not allow a trading halt to be lifted until assay results are made public. This halt will inevitably take a good month, and well past the September 11th warrant expiry date, leaving the warrant holders unable to exercise. Thus, the warrants will expire on September 11th and the warrant holders will lose all their warrants.

PR was clarified as it should have been. First release was ridiculous! Warrants can be exercised during a halt. Besides, I doubt stock will be halted until cores are assayed. Wait and see!
