I called the company to learn when the results form the bulk sample would be released as I had previously been told that Ken would be returning from Brazilia last Monday with the data. Janet wasn't available and the person who answered the phone seemed irritated that I had called. Later I sent an email requesting an explanation for the delay - as of this time there has been no reply. Wouldn't you think that if the results were good they couldn't wait to tell everyone about it?
