RE: I meant to add...Bfinley: good observation! I noticed that as well. The seller is probably unleashing a large quantity of shares (which is not that much in dollar terms in a penny-stock like this), and doesn't want to spook the buyers by selling it all at once.
About the "flow" today...I think it's just been going lower because not enough buyers came in to pick up stock at the arbitrage opportunity created by Mr. Big Seller. I think stock is going to be back up in the 4-4.5c range as soon as this Canaccord guy is done selling his position. That's my hunch.
