RE: RE: RE: the scent of consolidationin the times before BREX when companies were pennies they consolidated to start back at .20 or so.  What we see these days is when penny stocks plunge, I haven't seen a consolidation for the longest of times but rather private palcements which are diluting the H*LL out of the stocks in a company ... don't know which is better :-) ???
