Check out the Directors and Management of Flemish Gold. One of them is Robert Jackson. Sounds familiar? These guys are selling out Vaalhiam on the cheap, robbing shareholders of the true value that should be worth well above the 26c being offered.
One reason why Bruce Mitchell is buying shares in the market, to oppose this deal.
