Vale to go above $20 and the huge dividends add up

This is not too late to get in. Their dividends are very attractive too. 

In my opinion, it is a good idea to get into Brazilian companies Vale and Petrobras to have the best dividends. Risk factor is there with their government, but 5% in the total portfolio will not hurt much if things go bad.

following seasonality of past 4 years.Low in fall and high late spring.. Now is time to invest at bottom of cycle.
