derek is gone, and not count as insider dumping. No one got paid by cash in company working at management level including CEO, so selling shares to get cashed out. You can even become CEO of the company, but HC's application would go back to security stage again to check you are clean. This is the reason Ivan has to take CEO position, until they get inspection.
