Don't hold your breath... Any listings on the tsx can't have any dealings in the USA. They came out with this new rules a few weeks ago which allowed me to rebuy some aphria shares for cheap. As they have a small steak in a U.S. based company and will likely have to spin off a separate company and list on the Cve. This stock is undervalued because they have been on the final stage for years with no progress. My guess is because poor managment and I'm sure there is more they haven't said. Hiring the acmpr consulting firm is deffinatley a step in the right direction and has shown results. I've been checking the Health Canada website and seems like they have been approving new applicants every couple of weeks. Let's hope VP is next to come.
