VP is the smallest of all players with a mktcap of 5m, has one of the lowest floats. Price to book value is 2.3 and also very low. Income sucks (no license, no inventory, rent from US is not in the financials) and debt isnt pretty as well. If they are granted the license, start production on time and are able to survive until cash flows, they'll gain trust back and have a good upside.
