Three reasons why I bought in to day 1 - HC’s two-phased security approach, announced on Thursday Nov 7th, means that COR-approved companies like VP may be able to receive conditional licenses following an "initial security clearance" for key employees, whose clearance is necessary for license approval.
2 - VP hired Dave Hyde & Associates. Dave and his team of security and licensing experts have become the most successful cannabis advisory firm in Canada with over 350 commercial cannabis licence applications to there name, including well over half of the current licensed Producers of cannabis. And Dave is well knowen and respected by HC, having Dave alone will help fast track VP Application!!!
3 - Most technical analysts use trading channel systems that chart resistance and support levels for a security over time. One of the most common price channels is the Bollinger Band Channels. VP’s Bollinger Band width on Nov 01st was HUGE, between 0.31 to 0.08 as of Nov 30th it had shrunk to 0.13 – 0.11.
Trading channels can be helpful in predicting and also detecting a bottom since bottoms usually occur at or near the support levels in a channel charting system. As such, bottoms are also typically a signal for a reversal.
Using indicators, such as the End Of The Day Volume–Weighted Average Price (EOD VWAP) and the Daily Volume to find situations where the trend and the volume are diverging. Bellow shows the last 15 day trailing and Nov 1st EOD VWAP

The EOD VWAP supports the Bollinger Bands Channels data meaning VP has found bottom.VP has reached its lowest point in its pullback and it's my opinion VP is now entering early stages of an upward trend.
