Puzzling

PuzzlingTotally agree that Mgmt has set the table in readiness for a feast. However, it is really unsettling that it has been months and there has not been a single sale. Has mgmt been too optimistic in their ability to actually close some of these potential sales ? Were they just estimating that they would automatically get a % of the action because they have a contender ?
In the past, I've have witnessed other companies in other sectors doing exactly what they are doing - getting the operations, manufacturing and financing ready way before sales come in - only to be disappointed when the sales don't come in.  Is this mgmt team making the same mistake ?
