It shouldn't be the case, but these issues have existed for years, and it seems to be dealt with on a case by case basis. 

I wouldn't be surprised if the market regulators lacked the resources and personnel to adequately monitor such activity. 


The TSX-V is no different than any exchange having traded for over 30 years. I can assure you that many people have information you don't. I'm a momentum trader, if it's going up, I get on the bus(no pun intended).
