RE:Selected =/= SalesWith all due respect capt....you are implying something that was never in the nr....the State of WA has a procurement process for their State agencies.....requiring the state to pre-approve a vendor,like VMC before they are allowed to take orders.

Seems like a very good system to protect taxpayers from slimy firms(capt. are you involved with or aware of any slimy firms in the transit sector?) using low-ball bids to attract PO's.  glta

****Maybe capt. try a different approach to bash the company as they seem to have a plan....unlike your thought process here...;)
