Vicinity Motor Corp. is a Canada-based supplier of electric vehicles for both public and commercial enterprise use. The Company is engaged in the production and sale of buses and spare parts in North America. It leverages a dealer network and close relationships with manufacturing partners to supply its flagship electric, compressed natural gas (CNG) and clean-diesel vicinity buses, the VMC 1200 electric truck and a VMC Optimal-EV shuttle bus. RE:RE:RE:RE:$4.58 The lower per cent would be from the expenses related to the new plant, marketing and sales. As far as dilution.  At less than 35M shares atm.  I'm not losing sleep over dilution especially a company in the growth phase.  9 out of 10 companies I own all have over 100 O/S and I would argue that is the same for most.
