Depends on what kind of revenue they can generate in the future. Price is what you pay, value is what you get and I am more concerned about good value. My current average cost is below a dollar and I sold a bunch in the run up last month and with my current weighting I can still make good coin if it goes up and not care if it goes to zero. Capacity is one thing, the ability to utilize it is different and my beef has always been with managements ability to sell busses as they do not have a good track record of doing this and look back at past years income statements as an indication of their lack of ability to generate growing revenue year over year on a consistent basis. While some of that money may make it to transportation throwing out the 2tril budget number is stupid. Much of that will go to stimulus cheques, funding for businesses, airlines, public health such as vaccine rollout, etc. And while much of that will be front end loaded to 2021 about $700mil of that package is getting spread out over the following 10 years.
