Funny

You know what would be funny, is if this thing tanked so much (because they have no backlog) that even after the share consolidation they still didnt meet whatever pricing requirements are needed for the Nasdaq up listing.

Exactly.  This was a carefully crafted campaign of immaterial news (a name change?) with no additions to orders and dragging out any backlog.  Fools rushed in with the help of small cap pumpers - we know their names - and presto, there are bagholders,  Nasdaq listing will never happen.   This company and its management are dogs.   GL

I have always said they need sustainable and consistent sales and they could sure use a decent purchase order right now, and a month from now.

They don't have products.   Remember the crossover? Its the management that is the problem.  Egos and no talent.

Nasdaq won t happen all the better then i keep the same amount of shares and orders will come in sooner or later bang!

They dont have products people want or will buy.  Their sales people either leave or are let go.   Management is unworthy. Governance sucks.  Stock dives from here.  The PR campaign is over.

What difference does it make if you have the same amount of shares or not? You understand how the math works around splits and consolidations right? Doesnt make a difference to existing shareholders at all...Between that comment and your other stupid one thinking negative P/E meant it's cheap I am starting to think you need some help investing...

LOl, I can't help but laugh. Do yourself a favour and investing in dividend paying stocks, at least you'll have something in 10-20 years.  Oil has been the best performing sector to date, b/c it was absolutely crushed, and now people are starting to see the writing on the wall. OPEC+ is holding cuts, supply is not increasing, demand is increasing, and the rest in money in the bank. I ...more

Here is some math and investing for you.  Try taking the share price around late November to which I bought ($1.14 avg.) and let's say for arguments sake that you sold for anywhere between today's low $2.08 or the recent high of $4.59 and calculate the return there vs a Divi type stock like Enbridge which I do have and it pays out approx. 7.4-7.7 per cent as well as the increase in ...more

I bet you that over 20 years ENB will outperform this company handily. I've owned ENB for at least 10 years, have a yield on cost of around 10%, and that goes up with every dividend increase. I would never trade a JNJ, CIBC, ENB for a venture stock.  Good for you for buying at that time. I would say that's a good entry point. Here? Not so much. You're crediting timing over ...more

Does the market care about previous/ongoing orders absolutely.  As far as 3/4 size buses,  yes there's ones in my city on smaller and suburbia routes.  I've been on one in Chicago and LaGuardia airports as well.  Plus the revenue that they have from replacement parts is pretty substantial.  My understanding of their product is that A-it's very good  B ...more
