What is the eps going to be if we get some orders in the usa? 
Keep on bashing i like them cheaper.

And, what if they don't? You are placing all your hopes on some huge orders, not taking into account that they still have yet to complete construction of the manufacturing facility.  If I were a city I'd be fairly hesitant to place an order when they lack the means by which to fill said order. There's a lot of uncertainty, and I am no stranger to risk, but I'd rather see ...more
