RE:RE:RE:Added..If the license is approved can they not start growing marijuana immediately to be available for sale on the legalization date? They can also start selling earlier with medical MJ.

I guess they don't want to start unless there is a licence, and confirms the old saying. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
