ALR land and greenhouses, VFF has 5.5 million sq ft of excisting greenhouses all with cement floors, this puts VFF in a very favorable position with the municipalitie of Delta bc, the BC gov doesn't want or allow more construction of new greenhouses for the use of cannabis on ALR land, converting exsisting greenhouse is know the new norm for growing cannabis in BC. This puts VFF on the radar of those companies that where sitting on the fence when considering VFF as a financial investment or possible JV.
