I think for now it stalls ..  until HC approval .  Then we may see a run.  

On a production side yes they are cheap because they have a good amount of capacity coming on line but I think there top for now is $1B market cap.  They have nothing outside of North America planned, they are focussed on CBD in the US.  Which I agree will be large but evenutally it is a commodity.
