this is the best name in the entire sector, which is full of garbage.

EMH, like most weed companies, have little or no debt.  No bond holders exist to take advantage of equity/share holders OTHER than some backroom “loans” that EMH’s “parent” or majority owners may have made to EMH.  

Be careful.  Those guys are probably gonna bleed EMH shareholder and then take the assets for themselves.  Do I know this for a fact?  No.  Do your own dd.  I just wouldn’t even spend a minute on EMH management.  The CEOs track record of ruin speaks for itself.

mike d, however, is a standing guy that’s been in this business for 30 yrs.

they got pulled down with the tied, but Vff will rise again
