RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VFF Form S-3 shelf registration statementDonkey42 is right about this. VFF has been a huge disappointment - just look at the share price action. I also note that the CEO and CFO have sold huge stakes. I look at the insider buys & sells especially for management in this sector. These guys will dillute you again and again. VFF isn't as bad as ACB or HEXO but it has been disappointing as others like APHA have been. Don't fall in love with a stock. See it for what it is.
